We deliver fresh seafood to the following regions. All deliveries are made in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure maximum freshness from our store to your door.

Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery fee applies to orders under $150
• Free delivery on orders over $150
• Exact delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address

Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer click & collect from both of our Gold Coast stores:

• Labrador: 5-7 Olsen Ave, Labrador QLD 4215
• Varsity Lakes: 20 Casua Dr, Varsity Lakes QLD 4227

Both stores are open daily from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Click & collect pickup times are available from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm — select your preferred slot at checkout.

Freshness Guarantee

All our seafood is sourced fresh daily from Australian waters and our trusted suppliers. We pack orders in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes with ice to maintain the cold chain during delivery. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
