About this dish
This is the dish to cook when you want something that tastes special with almost no effort. Prawns and garlic butter are made for each other. The trick is heat and speed: get the pan hot, cook the prawns just until they curl and turn pink, then pull them off before they tighten up. A little lemon at the end keeps it fresh.
