
Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos
Gold Coast mahi mahi pan-fried until golden and tucked into warm tortillas with sriracha mayo and crunchy slaw. A Friday night favourite.

Everything you'll need
- 2 pieces Mahi mahi fillets$18.00
- 3 tbsp Sriracha mayo$16.00
- 1, cut into wedges Lemons$4.00
- 8 (2 per person) Small flour tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded cabbage
- to finish Coriander and lime
The method

Pat the mahi mahi dry and season with salt and pepper. Cut into strips roughly the width of a finger.

Heat a splash of oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the fish strips for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked through. Do not move them until a crust forms.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.

Build the tacos: shredded cabbage first, then fish strips, then a drizzle of sriracha mayo.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
