
Red Curry King Prawns
Medium green king prawns simmered in a fragrant Thai red curry sauce with coconut milk. Serve over steamed rice for a weeknight feast.

- 1 kg Medium green king prawns$36.90
- 1 jar Red curry cooking sauce$10.50
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- to serve Jasmine rice
- to serve Fresh coriander and lime
The method

Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails on for presentation if you like.

Pour the red curry sauce and coconut milk into a wide pan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir to combine.

Add the prawns to the simmering sauce and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until pink and just cooked through.

Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over steamed jasmine rice with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
