Everything you'll need

  • 500 g Marinara mix$39.90
  • 1 jar Marinara cooking sauce$12.00
  • 1, sliced into wedges Lemons$4.00
  • 400 g Spaghetti or linguine
  • 100 ml Dry white wine
  • a handful Fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

The method

  1. 1

Cook the pasta in well-salted boiling water until just al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the white wine and let it bubble for 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Add the marinara mix and toss for 2 minutes until the prawns just turn pink and any mussels start to open. Discard any that stay closed.

  4. 4

Pour in the marinara cooking sauce. Stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through and the seafood is cooked.

  5. 5

Add the drained pasta and toss to coat, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen if needed. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
