
Seafood Marinara Pasta
A Gold Coast take on the Italian classic. Fresh mixed seafood in a rich marinara tomato sauce, tossed through al dente pasta and ready in 30 minutes.
Everything you'll need
- 500 g Marinara mix$39.90
- 1 jar Marinara cooking sauce$12.00
- 1, sliced into wedges Lemons$4.00
- 400 g Spaghetti or linguine
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- a handful Fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
The method

Cook the pasta in well-salted boiling water until just al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the white wine and let it bubble for 30 seconds.

Add the marinara mix and toss for 2 minutes until the prawns just turn pink and any mussels start to open. Discard any that stay closed.

Pour in the marinara cooking sauce. Stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through and the seafood is cooked.

Add the drained pasta and toss to coat, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen if needed. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
