- Preparing & serving
- After thawing, keep at 0–4°C and use within the label's thawed-use limit. Serve with clean utensils. People who are pregnant or have weakened immunity should avoid raw seafood and chilled ready-to-eat seafood. Smoking does not make this product shelf-stable.
- Keeping it fresh
- Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Thaw only what you need in a covered tray in the fridge at 0–4°C, never on the bench. Remove vacuum packaging before thawing seafood. Follow the pack use-by date and thawed-use instructions; do not assume the frozen use-by date applies after thawing.
