- Use clean utensils and keep separate from raw seafood. Serve chilled, following the pack directions. Return unused food to the fridge promptly. If the cold chain has been broken or you are unsure how long it has been warm, discard it. Check the label for allergens.
- Keeping it fresh
- Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Thaw only what you need in a covered tray in the fridge at 0–4°C, never on the bench. Remove vacuum packaging before thawing seafood. Follow the pack use-by date and thawed-use instructions; do not assume the frozen use-by date applies after thawing.
