Blanched Octopus

Blanched octopus is pre-cooked octopus ready for salads, char-grill finishing or antipasto. Slice and sear for smoky edges, or toss through Greek salad with olive oil and oregano. 200–300g sashimi is a light main for one, or a shared starter for two.
