Whole Murray cod is Australia's largest freshwater fish with thick, white fillets. Roast, grill or pan-fry portions — meaty texture similar to barramundi but with a freshwater sweetness. A special-occasion fish. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
