King Ora Salmon Whole

King Ora salmon is New Zealand's premium king salmon with rich, buttery flesh. Roast whole for a centrepiece, or portion into steaks for the barbecue. Vibrant colour and high fat content make it exceptional. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
