Oyster vinaigrette is fresh shucked oysters dressed with shallot and red wine vinegar. Elegant ready-to-serve appetiser — no prep required. Best consumed the day of purchase. A dozen oysters is a classic starter for 2–4 people, or a main for two oyster lovers.
