- Follow the supplied cooking or reheating instructions until piping hot throughout, not just browned on top. Use a clean thermometer to check the centre reaches 75°C. Remove any packaging that is not suitable for heating. Serve promptly and keep utensils separate from raw food.
- Keeping it fresh
- Transport chilled and refrigerate promptly at 0–4°C in a covered container, separate from raw seafood. Follow the pack use-by date and any shorter after-opening limit. Keep chilled until serving. If supplied frozen, keep at -18°C or colder and thaw in the fridge.
