Scorpion fish 1.2–1.6 kg is a reef species with firm, flavourful white flesh beneath dramatic spines. Handle carefully; our team can advise on cleaning. Excellent baked whole or in Mediterranean-style stews. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
