Spanish Mackerel Fillet 300g

Spanish mackerel fillets are rich, full-flavoured and high in omega-3s. Grill with chilli and lime, or pan-fry simply with salt. Queensland favourite during mackerel season. Plan about 180–220g per person for a generous main.
