Whole coral trout is one of Queensland's most prized reef fish — delicate, sweet white flesh. Steam Asian-style with ginger and soy, or bake whole in the oven. Wild caught from reef waters; presentation on the plate is stunning. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
