Grilled eel (unagi) is kabayaki-style eel glazed with sweet soy — ready to heat and serve. Classic over rice as unadon, or in sushi rolls. Gentle oven or pan heat until glossy and warmed through. 200–300g sashimi is a light main for one, or a shared starter for two.
