Mac tuna (little tunny) offers rich, dark flesh and bold flavour at an accessible price. Grill, smoke or curry — stands up to strong spices. Smaller than yellowfin but excellent for everyday tuna dishes. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
