Blue Cod Whole

Blue cod is a New Zealand favourite with firm, white flesh and a clean, sweet taste. Pan-fry in butter, beer-batter for fish and chips, or bake with herbs. Holds together well and appeals to the whole family. Allow one medium whole fish per person, or one large fish for two.
